This policy explains how personal data is handled on this website, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

No cookies, no tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plugins or any other tracking technology. No external fonts, scripts or other third-party content are loaded when you browse the site. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.

Hosting and server logs. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not used to identify you. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses. Contact by email. If you write to me, I use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you and to handle a possible commission. I do not share it with third parties and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

External links. This website links to external services such as Instagram and my online shop (Big Cartel). Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.

Your rights. You have the right to request information about your personal data and to ask for its correction or deletion, to object to its processing and, where applicable, to data portability. Just write to hello@yety.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the supervisory authority of your country.
